Black lettering started to fall off bezel within month or so of purchase. This is office wear and to the gym, no hard usage. Then at 6months or so one of the 4 adjustment buttons stops working. No local repair available, have to send to New Jersey. Sent in with one month of warranty left. They fool around and I hear nothing. Finally after a follow-up call they send a bill for $76 to fix it. I call and they say it's been abused because the lettering is falling off! I argue over several weeks, and they finally "fix" it - they send it back with a note saying, "Push the button really hard." #@%*X!!@&!! Two months, now out of warranty, and I'm to push the button hard?!!? Glad I didn't pay $76 for that!!

My only problem with this watch is the fact that most of the black paint in the lettering is gone from wear. Other than that, I have no problems with this watch.

Talk about G-Shock, mine survived a major cycling accident and kept on ticking.
