The Waterproof Case for the Powershot SD-870IS lets you take your camera safely out to sea in a boat, on a surfboard, in a kayak...or up to 130 ft. /40m beneath the surface.

Case is manufactured from durable clear polycarbonate material that is resistant to corrosion and allows a clear view of the cameras information and control functions. You can use the cameras internal flash for lighting purposes or you can use it to trigger a slave external strobe made by such manufactures as Sealife, Ikelite, Sea & Sea or Fantasea. Housing allows use of all the cameras controls, comes with both neck strap and silicone grease for the case seals.

For the underwater enthusiast, Canon offers an optional waterproof case weight set (WW-DC1) See SKU: CANWS that is compatible with all of its underwater housings. Available in packs of four, these weights allow the camera to stay put for steady underwater photography.
