I really appreciate the skin out face seal on this hood as it integrates better with full face masks such as the Interspiro AGA and OTS Guardian. My only complaint is that the hood vents didn't seem to work very well.

Vey warm hood, works great with dry suit. Prevents water from entering and chilling your head. Only issue is the rear zipper is hard to close by yourself, have buddy to zipper shut, and once zippered feels a bit tight. Would recommend the hood for cold water, try next size larger then your normal hood size.

Ease in getting on and off, thickness provide a very warm protection against the element. The preform fit in the jaw area helps a lot in holding or preventing the hood from shifting.

Biggest problem was the fit (or lack of). I had to trim the face and couldn't zip it closed once I had it on. Getting it off was almost impossible. Ended up not going down with it and switching back to an older hood.

I buy hoods one size to small because they always stretch out after a few dozen dives. They are a little tight at first but then they fit perfectly for a while. This hood is a good one. It will hold its shape for quit a few dives.
