This is a good glove but the elastic strap is too far down and they tend to roll down off the sleeve of my dry suit.

These are some great gloves at a great price. They will definately keep your hands warm. Being the 5mm makes them a bit bulky but you still have enough dexterity to push buttons on your dive computer etc. One of the best sets of gloves I have owned.

I bought these because when I went to a dry suit my old gloves just didn't come up high enough over the latex wrist seals.These come up and keep my hands warm at cold temps.

I have always been a fan of the Bare Gauntlet and this new model with the Kevlar palms works great. They kept my hands comfortable in 34F ice dives. The extra wrist coverage protects the surface blood vessels from chilling and also limits water movement. The long cuffs are big enough to easily don over my drysuit and the Velcro straps seal them up.

For me they seem to fit ever so slightly larger than I would expect and it works out great. The extra space is mainly in my palms and that allows my blood to warm that water. When my fingers feel the chill I flex my hands and the water circulates to heat my fingers!

The large gauntlet with the flex panel makes it easy to get these gloves up on my wetsuit or drysuit

After several hundred dives they are still going strong. I'd buy the same gloves again in a heartbeat.

My use has been in the ocean of southern Maine with water generally in the 50s and down into the 30s.
