No instructions provided, but not that difficult to do with the appropriate glue, just be careful to mark the locations carefully and it helps if you have an assistant whilst doing this! Tried the braces out last weekend - worked fine, keeping the dry suit up whilst allowing the top half to be rolled down around my waist between dives. I would recommend these to a friend.
