Relax men! No it's not a K-bar! It is, however, very easy to use with one hand operation. The blunt tip version makes a nice scuba tool for those who don't want to carry a huge knife (Ladies this one is for you:). I bought this for my wife but ended up straping it to my own BC. The straps are large and cumbersom as one review points out. Throw them out and use zip ties instead! This tool makes a great backup, small and easy to carry with an easy, one handed safety release.

Good little knife. On its maiden voyage, however, I lost it from my BCD. Apparently I must have bumped it and the knife clicked out of the hilt and is resting somewhere on the Indra. For future buyers, make sure that you either tie the knife to the hilt with a long string or buy a leg strap. Overall, I probably will buy it again, just ill get a leg strap. Seemed a little dull too, but thats fixable. For the person who finds it on the wreck, enjoy.

Right out of the box, the blade was loose in the handle. Maybe thats just mine, but its enough for me to keep it as a backup. The clip is also finnicky, getting worse after just 4 dives. If I didnt keep it in a pocket, it would be lost by now for sure. Not very sharp either. Overall quality is par with something from [@]. I wanted to save some cash, but wish I had spent a little more...
