KEN K To the shopper asking about size and fit to the Blue Reef 5mm hi top boots. There
as close to your regular shoe size as any dive boot I've ever tried. And thats a lot of boots. I think you'll be very happy with your purchase of this boot. And you need to order the same size as you regular shoes and boots there very true.

LANCE H Yes, they fit pretty true to size... maybe a 1/2 size bigger, but not a big deal.

URBAN G With ease. I don't know how comfortable you'll feel with it on for 30-45 minutes at a time scissor kicking like there's no tomorrow, but the boots will easily fit. (just don't tighten the fin strap too far past snug)
Shopper I run an 11 wide usually, will an 11 work or should I try a different shoe?
LANCE H I think I purchased a size smaller, and they fit fine. If I had gotten my actual shoe size, I think they may have been a tad too big.

JOHN M i would advise the user to get the smaller size this will limit the amount of water that might get into boots and boots fit better into fins
DIANE W Since the boots are neoprene, and stretch, I would start with the smaller size. If it it too tight, I would then exchange up.
WARREN S My shoe size is 8 to 8 1/2 depending on manufacture.
I purchased size 8 dive boots and they fit perfectly.

PETER S they size a bit tightly...go for the next size up
JASON S If yu had to chhose I would say go with the 7 there should be enough stretch to accomodate without being too tight. You don't want to have a floppy shoe, it will drive you crazy. Of coarse f you get one and it isn't comfortable, immediately call Leisure Pro and schedule a return, they are good about that.
JASON S All I can tell you is that I take a size 9 shoe and I ordered a size 9 booty and it fits like it was custom made for my foot. Good Luck
Shopper I would like to use these for nightdiving, and am wondering if I should get something with more rubber on the bottom, or if these will be sufficient?
ROBERT C i think these will work fine.
DAVID E These boots are fine for diving, day or night. What is more important is whether you are doing shore diving or boat diving. If shore diving, what kind of terrain you will have to walk across should be the factor for determining the type fo sole you want. My 2 cents.
LEAH W It depends on the terrain you will be walking on for the night dives. These are very comfortable boots that are sufficient for walking on gravel, sand, and dirt. I would highly recommend them for all types of diving. I dove in warm Florida water with them as well as in cold quarry water. Mine tend to be a little short for my foot length since they do not come in half sizes.
ROBERT M I think the thickness of the sole would depend on the type of surface you're crossing to go night diving. I use the same gear night or day and these have an adequate thickness for my comfort.
JAMES G The soft soles work as well at night as during the day.
MIKE G The 5mm boots are great for night dives and seem to have sufficient grip. I don't walk on rough surfaces in the boots, though, so can't comment on your question directly.

DAVID F These boots are great,however have a lot of flex in the sole, if u plan on walking over rock or hard surfaces may be wise to get a thicker sole with less flex. Perfect for finning

JULIE A I am very satisfied with the quality of the boots. It would depend on the terrain of where you would be diving. I have only worn them on sand/dirt and wooden walkways and they were fine for that. The soles might be too thin for rocky terrain.

Leisure is THE PLACE, and somebody this size will, I believe, have no trouble.
I weigh about 220 and often wear a 4x wetsuit, which is LARGE and floppy, but keeps me warm in Hawaii. Easy to don.
Don't know for sure about shoes; I suggest going to a dive gear store, and trying some on. Then order from LP. When they arrive, try them, and mail back for an easy refund if they're wrong. Gotta do that without going in the water, though.
I've spend thousands at LP, and am very happy with them.,

JAMES G Teh Blue Reef dive boots seem to be accurately sized and I believe the largest size is 13 so if he needs a 15 he wouldn't be able to wear the Blue Reef 5mm dive boots.
Melody S iF MY HUSBAND USUALLY TAKES A 10 SHOE, WHAT SIZE WOULD HE NEED?
LEAH W Size 10 should fit nicely. My son wears a 10-1/2 shoe size and I bought him a size 11 in the Blue Reef Dive boots and they are a bit loose on his foot.
DAVID E I think the sizes are pretty true to standard shoe sizes. I wear a 10.5 shoe and use an 11 boot. I would recommend whatever size shoe he normally wears.

ROBERT M I wear size 10 shoes and I found that 10 in the boots was too big. 9 fit much better on my feet, however because the sole of the boot wraps slightly up on the edges the boots, they did not fit into my fins.

Shopper If I wear a 91/2 or 10, what size boot should I order? I've heard that it is good to get your boots snug.
LeisurePro S I would recommend the 9. The rule of thumb for boots is always to round down- they should fit like a sock.
