I bought these just before I did my certification dives. I had some major leg and foot cramping problems in class, and I wanted something that would offer good propulsion without being too stiff, thus exacerbating the problem. This did the trick. I was cramp free, though I assume drinking the tonic water my Dr. recommended also helped.

I would note that I plan to only use these in warm water because I don't think they can accommodate a boot. They're super comfy though.

I bought this based on a combination of price and reviews submitted to LeisurePro. While not the best or most fancy, I think this procuct is a good intersection of price and quality.

I frequently feel the two sides of the "split" fin hitting / rubbing together. Not that big of a deal, but I work hard to be conscious that I'm not coming into contact with the reef. These fins force me to constantly stop, thinking I've kicked the reef. Looking back, it's just the fins hitting together.

FIns work fine, but are way to distracting for me. Going back to a blade.
