TOM M Its probably not going to fit. Mine is on a tire that measures about 27" and its a little big on my spare tire. 31" might be pushing it. I'm going to guess that it probably won't fit.
KEN A I put it on a P225 / 75 R16 any larger and it wont fit!
It was all I could do to make it work!
DAVE G I highly doubt it. They tend to run a little small.
