    I was very worried when buying these protectors due to all the bad reviews. Don't believe everything you hear! They were very flexible and easy to put on. I thought I would have to heat them up in warm water or even get a special tool, but they went on very easy by hand. They work perfectly and are very useful in protecting the integrity of your hoses. They are a must buy!!

    Look elsewhere for a hose protector

    This broke upon installation. This is a very stiff, cheap plastic hose protector that is not worth the money, no matter how cheap.

        When I received these the material seemed too hard to be able to install them. Simply warm them in hot water and they slide on easier than most others. I like them because they are small and have a slight profile. They work so well I changed all of the hose protectors on all of my dive gear. (a dozen or so sets) I have even replaced the OEM AquaLung protectors on my coveted AquaLung gear and that takes something. I highly recommend.

            These hose protectors work just fine, I have them on all of my hoses and none broke on installation (soak in hot water before installing to make more pliable). They serve their purpose and in my opinion they are much more attractive than the ugly shiny rubber ones from 10 years ago.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
