It's time to switch from the old fashioned chemical light sticks and turn on to the modern Glo-Toob. Protect the environment - stop using expensive, disposable, polluting, chemical light sticks! The Glo-Toob provides a source of light at about 1/50th the cost of chemical lights. You turn it on when you need it and turn it off when you are done, conserving the energy. Each GLO-TOOB is rigorously tested for its strength and durability so that it can withstand extremely rough handling. Glo-Toob has a streamlined, cylindrical design that makes it strong enough to withstand being run over by a truck.
Introducing the NEW GLO-TOOB FX
The computerized Glo-Toob has all the features of the original Glo-Toob, except the FX has the new multi-mode, computerized, technology built in. What does that mean? Well, the user can select 1 of 7 different operational modes! In addition to these modes, the user can select a locked or preferred mode, which is the mode the unit will default to when it is switched on.
Much like the original Glo-Toob, this model is powered by an inexpensive alkaline battery AND - EVEN BETTER - battery life is extended with some of the new modes. It also has the same durability and waterproof properties - all of which will ensure a lifetime of use.
The Glo-Toob FX is water proof to as deep as 1,100" (3,500 meters), is powered by a 23A (12v) super alkaline battery and has LED light source. The five LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) has up to 100,000 of life expectancy and will burn up to approximately 30 hours in the permanently on mode and 80 hours in the slow strobe mode. The different modes you can select from are: equal flash, beacon strobe, slow strobe, SOS, pulse, 100% constant on and 25% constant on modes.
