These will all probably be too big. I would check out DPSFRC in a size 10/12. It's a similar fin in more kid-specific sizing.
What size would you recommend in a full foot fin for women's size 5?
I would recommend the 3.5/4.5.
I want to use these fins to strength my legs - will be using in lap swimming in a pool - are these suitable for this purpose? I hear fins can irritate the top of your foot - is there a product - ie sock ---that could be purchased to help prevent this irritation?
I would recommend a 6.5/7.5 in this fin, but these are more for snorkeling purposes. If you are looking for good exercise fins, I would recommend the
Cressi Exercise fin in a size 7/8. If you are looking for a sock to prevent irritation, you can go with a lycra sock like
this, but I think a
neoprene sock would prevent rubbing better.
