I used it on a scubadiving trip in South-East Asia with the water temperature ranging between 26-28 degrees. I was too cold in my cotton long-sleeve shirt so I had to use this neoprene product. I was good for up to an hour in the water with a minimal restriction in my movements. Wished it was a couple of inches longer so it would stay in my briefs
