These fins are light, easy to use and look great!! They generate moderate speed in the pool and are suitable for training. But they lack the flexibility and weight of Zoomers and the outright speed of acqua sphere (all models). The hard plastic fin does not encourage flexibility and generates much less leg power and subsequently less effort. They would not be my first choice.
