Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This little inflatable is surprisingly stable even without the boot. The first time it was in the water the lake was whitecapping & my buddy on the other end was able to stand up with a little practice. I recommend this boat for calm waters if not equipped with a trolling motor or similar propulsion method.
