I purchased this suit for light protection while shore diving on Bonaire. My skinsuit is adequate for warmth, but I really like the padded knees of the .5 mm for those times when exiting the ocean on hands and knees, as protection from sand and rocks in the surf.

I use this suit under my shorty (when I get really cold) or just by itself. It is a great suit. It is well made and durable. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone. I have 4 of their suits. They are a quality product.
