Bought this hooded vest as a gift for a "not-so-experienced" diver.... The size was perfect and it seals great to the wetsuit that she wears it under. It is warm, comfortable, economical, and looks great.

Be aware that the 7 mm is only on the hood part. When I bought, it was called a "7mm hooded vest" which said to me that the whole thing was 7mm. This has been corrected now, I see.
I get cold, even when diving in tropical locations, but this is more than enough to keep me warm, worn over a lycra skin for exposure protection.
