I mainly use this suit for winter water in Southern California and summer freediving and spearfishing out at Catalina Island. I also use it for filming surfing. The suit is a little difficult to get on. I have to soap my arms to slide in but once it is on it fits like a glove and feels amazing. My only complaint is the Velcro crotch strap on the upper half of the suit... it can be a tad uncomfortable at times for any guys out there if you know what I mean. The suit will keep you warm in 50-60 degree water easy but in spring and summer conditions it gets a little too warm but is also not really necessary.
