I used this wetsuit for my very first dive experience. I was in cooler water that was between 50-55 degrees and I didn't get could at all.

It's very warm. I use it for windsurfing in mid November. It fit me well when I bought it last year. It got smaller this year as my weight didn't change. It's not too bad when it's wet, but it makes me feel difficult to breath when it's dry.
