The wetsuit is by far the warmest I have ever used. If you dive in cold conditions this is the wetsuit for you! Runs slightly larger than the Henderson Brand, so you could go a size lower. All in all it was worth the cost, which quite honestly was priced fair.

I know that it sounds like overkill, using a 5-4-3 mil wetsuit in warm waters. However, I am thin and tend to chill very easily. We are warm water divers, living in south Florida and vacationing in the Caribbean and Hawaii. This suit keeps me toasty. Additionally, you just jump right into it. It's almost as easy as putting on a lycra skin. There's mucho stretch to this puppy, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I have only tested it here at home, and don't know if it would be sufficient for me on a dedicated week or two of diving. For that, I use my Henderson Gold Core 7/5. Next time, however, I am going to try getting away with just this one.
