Bought this suit for canyoneering in the cold canyons in Utah. Great suit! Super warm and not too restrictive. The lining at the chest is awesome and really keeps the water off your chest. I'm super stoked about this investment!

Suit is a bit tight compared to the chart. I am 6'1" 195 lbs and the Large just fits. Length is great though (I usually need "tall" sizes, not with this suit) I, like the other reviewers, must have my buddy zip me up, I cannot do it with the drawstring alone. However, once the suit is on, it is fantastic. It really does feel like a 2nd skin. Range of motion is excellent, far better than expected. Sapphire lining is phenomenal. Only drawback I would say is the knee pads, which are almost cosmetic and not actually functional protection for your knees. As I do not do much crawling over coral on my knees, this is a non-issue for me, but if you need solid knee protection look elsewhere. It is hard to get on by itself, but I use a lycra skin which makes it far easier to don and doff. Overall I am very impressed with the flexibility, warmth, and especially the price. Definitely recommend this suit.

I actually have the 7-5-3 version of this wet suit. The suit is easy to take on and off (dive skin makes it even easier). I live in Chicago and dive mainly Lake Michigan and various quarries. I have a high tolerence for cold water so this suit was perfect for me at temps ranging from 35-50 degrees. I don't use any other layers and feel fine. I own several Mares products and have come to trust the brand.

I generally like Mares products, and this is no exception. This wetsuit is comfortable and gives you a good range of motion. The only draw back is that it is a bit of a challenge to get on and you need help zipping it up all the way if you are stocky like me. But once you're in, it feels you feel like you're not even wearing it because it feels like its part of your body. The breathability is very good and I was surprised by how quickly this suit dries.

I have a medium build (43" chest) and this suit is a bit hard to put on. I need to have my dive buddy zip me up. Other than that, however, this suit is warm and durable, and would recommend it's purchase.
