I've dived in 55-drgrees of water with this suit for consecutive hours, and have no complaints about its functionality. It's sleek and fits like a second skin, so there's no water movement at all. Kept me toasty, too. Also dries pretty quickly - I was quite impressed. My ONLY quibble is that it takes some time to put on. I'm a curvy size 10, so I'm hoping a skin will make it easier to wriggle into the suit. Also, the position of the zipper renders the assistance of your buddy absolutely essential (but I knew this before I bought the suit from reading all the other reviews). Other than that, you couldn't ask for a better suit for the money.

Really Warm suit! Excellent value for money my boyfriend has the newer model and there isn't much difference especially when you save so much buying the older model! It is a true semi dry and keeps me warm in the colder Melbourne, VIC, Australian waters! Only con is that it can be hard to get into without someone else's help due to the rear entry zip across the back shoulders (but this is a trade off for this suit to be a true semi dry)

I love the suit! Fit is a little long. I dont like zipper hard to get over head. But minor inconvience for the quality of suit.

This wetsuit is very warm, however it is literally impossible to get in or out of without help due to the zipper position. Also, I have discovered that when shore diving, any bending forward before getting in the water can pull apart the zipper. Even though the suit is quite warm, it is a big hassle in every other way.

It seems that Mares tends to make suits for women that are very tall. I'm only 5'5" and even a size 6 was too big. However, I did end up taking the suit into 53 degree water and I was warm. My suit flooded a bit but that was only because it was too big. I love the zippered interior farmer. However, the T-back zipper on the suit makes it impossible for you to zip it up yourself. You always have to get someone else to zip/unzip you.

This suit is fantastic for colder waters. Mares make a top quality suit the materials and zips are all heavy duty/well-made. The internal vest is a great idea from previous models it stops the suit from falling down when you have it half off. It truly is a semi-dry suit and I would rate it one of the best in its class! The only flaw is that a fitting suit in this thickness can be hard to put on especially a female with curves but a Lycra suit fixes that problem which I highly recommend.

I ORDERED A WOMENS XLG

I RECEIVED A MEN XLG. DIDN'T REALIZE THAT UNTIL
HAD USED IT. THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM WITH
THE SLEEVES AND LEGS BEING A BIT LONG.
