I get cold easily so I mix and match this as needed with Henderson Gold Core 3mm Shorty and Henderson H2 Titanium 5/3mm hooded vest for toasty diving in almost any kind of water.
I love this because it is easier to get on and off than any hooded vest I have ever owned. Because it has hyperstretch I am able to layer it easily in almost any order I want. I had to have lots of help with my Gold Core hooded vest even after I cut the armholes bigger.
