Being a new england diver, a thicker core makes a difference. I found that a 7mm suit in the arms an legs doesn't offer much give. With the 5mm in the arms I can acutally move around easily. Without having my arms feel like they are being forced outwards.

Used it 1 day of diving (2 dives). Real excited and pleased. A little tight or awkwardly fitting in the shoulder/arms area. Really easy to zip unzip. Not easy or hard to take off either. Knee pads don't really look like pads. Just a shiny sticker ... hope that holds up.

This is the all time worst wetsuit I've ever owned and I've been diving for 48 years. Despite being my standard size it is extremely difficult to put on and take off, primarily due to the legs being too small. Its thermal properties are worse than my 3/2 Tilos. It began developing substantial tears after less than 20 dives and now at about 50 dives I consider it toast.

Great suit for the money & it's constructed well. I bought the men's suit due to my size so it's a little long on me. I found it to be a real workout to put it on though. This suit keeps you very warm & if you're not careful you can get to warm during your dive. There is some buoyancy problems but that is common for a 7/5mm suit. Overall this suit works well especially if you're on a budget!

This suit keeps you warm like a 7m but is not as hard to put on like some farmer johns that I have used. It still takes some work but it is noticeably less. One of the biggest reasons I rated this so high is the flexibility. Once on you would not even know it is a 7m and may even forget that it is. It is comfortable and feels much lighter than it is but 12c temps will be unnoticeable while wearing it.

For a 7mm suit for this price you can't go wrong. Almost makes you wonder why other 7mm are so expensive. I have used this for a few dives and even once wakeboarding when the water temp was 61 degrees. I have dove with surface temps at 64 degrees and also at depths where the temp at 85 feet was 55 degrees. I was perfectly warm and had no complaints. When I got it out of the box and put it on for size for the 1st time, I was very surprised at how easy it was for a 7mm. It was almost as easy to put on as my 3/2mm suit. No zippers on the legs but they weren't necessary anyway.

The suit is warm and comfortable. I didn't seem to have any problems putting it on or taking it off. It seemed much easier than other suits, including a few that were more expensive. I did find it was sized a bit smaller than the sizing chart indicated. However, with LP's fit guarantee it was no problem tho and I jumped up a size and it fits perfect. For the money, it seems like a no brainer. The only question will be how it lasts.

My wife and I purchased these wetsuits (hers the womens version) for a trip to collect information on the fish life in a cold mountain river. We spent all day in the water in 50-60F water and didn't get cold at all.

The suit was VERY difficult to put on but seemed to break in within 5 or so uses at which point it became much easier. The suit does not come with wrist or ankle zippers which would have made a HUGE difference. I can't complain for the price, though.

We made another trip to a place where an underground river springs to the surface. The water temp there was in the 40's F, we did get cold but were able to easily spend 40-50 minutes before getting out to warm up.

This suit seems like very good quality with well stiched seams and high quality neoprene. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good cheap wetsuit.

For the price this suit is fine..Does not have many of the features i've seen on more expensive Oceanic Fallon wetsuits such as zippered legs, let and wrist seals, spine seal pad is small etc. That said..I coupled this suit with the Bare Artic Vest and jumped into 60* water and was HOT! after 1/2 hr. Perfect no frills suit- but I'm very happy with it.

It was difficult to get on and tight fitting out of the box, but the arm and leg lengths were correct so I figured I'd give it one dive to see if I could break it in a little. After my first two dives, I was really impressed with the suit, definitely was able to break it in and actually found it very comfortable. Very easy to remove after the dives and quick drying. Would recommend to anyone, especially at this price.

I bought this wetsuite for kitesurfing. Once you put it on which is not that easy since the legs are kind of tight it feels really warm and comfy. I don't think it gets any better for this price.

This was the cheapest priced wetsuit I could find. It is excellent. It is comfortable and does the job. The size chart was correct. I can't imagine an expensive one is any better.

when i bought this suit i weighed 230 lbs.since then i was diagnosed with diabetes and had to change my eating habits.since a year ago i lost 25 lbs.in april i went to PERU and went diving.since the suit was now too big(let the cold water in)i gave the suit away to the guy who had taken me diving.he's an instructor who teaches,takes people diving and owns quite a bit of equipment,so the suit would complement the other suits he had(he didn't have one my size)but i liked my suit when it fit me well(at 230lbs)and the price was reasonable.

I bought this suit back in Feb. to keep warm in during my certification dives. I've also used it several times at the Pelham, AL submerged rock quarry this summer as the water temp drops rather quickly past the thermocline. While not the easiest suit to put on or remove...especially in the summer time...this suit has kept me warm for dives with water temps in the upper 50's and the fit is near perfect.
