When you need a little more warmth, the 2.5mm Shorty delivers with excellent core-warming capability and an anatomical fit that's easy to swim in. Shorty suit is made from 2.5 mm, nylon II neoprene with High-stretch Ultra-span insertson the shoulders and under-arms. Suit has a heavy-duty YKK back zipper. To add to the suits warmth a skin-in collar seal with an adjustable Velcro closure withskin-in seals on the legs and arms along with an under-zip flap all decreases water exchange.

The Cressi Shorty Med is the perfect solution for swimming, snorkeling, the pooland all water sports where light protection from the cold, wind, sun or water spray is required. It's also for those who want to maintain the freedom of movement that a thin suit offers, or for layering under a thicker suit for addedthermal protection.

Layered with 3mm steamer for deeper, cooler water (10-16C) to make 5.5mm. Great movement. Got one size larger to fit over 3mm but it also fits brilliantly by itself as a shorty.

Used it over a 3 day weekend diving in semi-cold water. My 7-mm was too warm but the 2.5 mm was perfect. Loved how it fit and how easy it was to put on and take off. Definitely recommend adding to collection if diving on a regular basis or if using for Summer water sports.

It fits well, but the arm holes are tight. I'm agout 170lbs when I bought it. so if you have on the bigger size of biceips you might want to look at one that has a little more felxabilty. by the way I bought a large and every ware else it fit great. So if the person buying this wet suit is the average size person he/she shouldn't have any problem with it.
