The great part about this suit is that it comes equipped with stirrups and thumbloops like a dive skin. If you get cold with a thicker suit you can use this 1mmjumpsuit for layering. The suit will give greater thermal protection when used for layering than a dive skin type suit undergarment.

I used this wetsuit for a diving trip at Roatan, Honduras. Since water there is warm and nice, I didn't have any problem at all. I don't recommend this suit for cold water diving unless for use as a skin under a 7mm wetsuit.
The only cons I had is the rubber cover it has around the neck, doesn't feel nice unless you are underwater.

I bought this suit for use in the warm waters of the FL keys. It is very comfortable and easy to put on. However, unlike a dive skin, it will make you more bouyant. I had to add 3 lbs to my weight belt to compensate. Not a big negative for me; just something to keep in mind.
