Vest is constructed of 7mm high density nylon 2 neoprene rubber with Nylon1S arm gasket style seals for superwarmth. To ease donning and doffing the vest comes equipped with a heavy duty front zipper. So if warm is what you want look no further.

This is a great addition for the cold weather. The hood is a little tight and the arms/sleeves are strange but it does the job! I have been diving in the low 50's and staying nice and toasty!

This suit is perfect for diving in Canada's colder water. I wear it over a Cressi Castoro 3 men's (5mm). The suits are very comfortable even though they weren't designed to be worn together.

what more can i sayi dive at least once a week in irish water i find suit is more than fit for the job
