Progressive-stretch is a concept in full-stretch wetsuits only available in the VELOCITY series. It all starts with BARE-Fit, which is the foundation of every BARE suit. BARE-Fit uses ergonomic suit design involving complex shaped patternswith articulated legs and sleeves. From there, zones associated with performancewithin the suit are selected. Then, proven fabrics are chosen from various prototypes that have been tested for years. By placing the different fabrics in particular panels of the suit, the VELOCITY series delivers exceptional fit, feel and performance.

This 5mm wetsuit with 4mm arms and LUMBARE-X-Tender panels, comfortable contoured 3mm GLIDESKIN collar with Velcro adjustment is a combination of three material types, each with their own stretch characteristics, which make it really strong and quite flexible. We call this unique combination of materials PROGRESSIVE STRETCH. Suit is equipped with a heavy-duty back zipper with a skin-to-skin internal sealing flap which will keep the coldest water from entering through the zipper, in addition, internal skin-in flip seals

I have been diving for 21 years and this has to be the most comfortable wetsuit that I have ever used.

I dove with this wetsuit,in 55 degree cold water and it was warm.

Great wetsuit. I am impressed!

I am 6'3" 225lbs. This XL-Tall suit fits me perfect. I got it after trying on the XXL Henderson 5mm sport Hyperstretch wetsuit, which was too wide in the arms and neck. I used in Key Largo in 73F water and felt fine. You do need a hood or a beanie also in this temperature.
It is a little hard to slip on the legs but then it gets easier.

I am a tall, skinny person. its hard to find a wetsuit that fits without being too tight or too loose. Great for diving in cold ohio quarries. been in 55 degree water with it and never got cold. fits great and the progressive stretch makes it super comfy.

Great suit that fits perfectly. The wide range of size choices helped me find a great fit, where other brands had areas too tight or loose. I've had Bare wetsuits before, so was comfortable that their cut was appropriate for my body. Proper fit really helps warmth. Really comfortable suit.

I wanted a 5 ml for winter diving. My 3 ml just wasn't warm enough. Once the 5 ml suit is on the movement in the water is about the same as a 3 ml, but the warmth is way superior.

Purchased a medium suit that was a little tight. Return this item for a medium large, which I never knew existed. Fits like a glove.
Great for my Florida winter dives.
Found shopping elsewhere, is just a waste of time.

Super easy on and off and a lining that drys quickly. The glide-seal cuffs are the bomb. Fairly new, but I expect will wear as well as the numerous velocity 3/2's I own.

Tried it on at home a found that the sizes run small,that's why I said 'hard to put on' I ordered a Medium Large according to sizing chart but will be sending it back for a Large. Otherwise the suit seems to be good quality. The ankle zippers make putting on the lower part of the suit easier, suit is too tight in chest and shoulders which again made putting on hard.

I use this suit daily for commercial work in NY and NJ waters. Even with the hot water machines,under water welding, and the "fine" harbor waters, it wears well. Nothing lasts long in our business, should do great for a normal user.

I use this in 16-20 degrees Celsius water. No worries on the first dive, a bit cold on the second dive in the colder range.

It's nice and stretchy and has ankle and wrist zips which makes it easy to get on and off.

The length is perfect (I'm about 5 foot 7 inches - 170cm). It feels a little tight around the chest but I could probably lose a bit of weight there :) I weigh 80kg - 176 lbs. The rest fits perfectly.

It seems to be a very good quality wetsuit and there is no sign of wear and tear or seams coming undone after 4 dives.

All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase.

* Good comfortable fit
* If between sizes, buy 1 size up. I purchased the medium/large (was on the high range of that size), the neck/shoulders were too tight. Leisure Pro gladly exchange for the large which was a perfect fit. (My size/height is 6'0, 190)

Bought this suit for a very recent Caribbean dive trip. On dive number 20 (out of 24), the zipper completely broke. Dove the last 4 dives with the zipper open, but since the water temp was 81 degrees, was bearable. The zipper is made of plastic, and I am not too impressed with this considering the other features of the suit.

Also, the stitching at the rear of the suit began to fray after only a few dives. I will be in touch with Leisure Pro to request repair/replacement instructions.

Used this suit for 4-5 dives/day for a week in 73-75 degree water. Others were getting chilled, but I felt great even after the night dives. It went on easily thanks to the zippered ankles. The seals in the arms and legs prevented water migration.
