Bought this wetsuit for my 12 year old. The child size 12 was alittle tight and at that age the suit needs alittle growing room so I went one size up.Found this suit fit fine with enough growing room for a year or two. On his maiden voyage into 47 deg water he was warm enough for a 25 minute dive. The wetsuit is a good quality suit,the zipper works fine and did not let water in at the hood

this wetsuit is well built and looks to be quite durable and very functional. we liked the looks but the sizing is so far off we would have to use 1-2 sizes larger. my son is ten yrs old and takes size 8-10 so he falls into the small side of their recommendations (he is 72lbs 4' 7" and 25in chest), we used the bare size chart and he couldnt get the wetsuit past his knees on the plus side it fit his 6yr old sister just fine and she is in a size 5 so use caution for the sizing.

Purchased for a 7 year old, based on measurements and weight. The wetsuit fits exceptionally well and is flexible enough to allow him to surf in it as well as snorkel.
