I ordered a XLL since it was the only size left. I'm a 34 waist and 6'4". It is a little loose in the waist. Obviously not good for a wetsuit. But I can't complain the sizing chart forewarned me. I don't like being cold and have a decent bottom time, but even with the extra room in the middle I didn't get cold at all. I'm still happy with the purchase, just wish it had been a LL instead.

Suit is 5mm high-stretch throughout. Easy to don & doff, and should be warmer than 5/4 or 5/4/3.
