ZIPPER: YKK #10 brass zipper. Akona's unique zipper design utilizes dual rubber strips to additionally seal the zipper opening when closed, creating a water resistant closure. GLIDESKIN: The new AKONA glide-skin neck, wrist and ankle seals minimize water entry and flushing of the suit. The neck, wrists and ankles of these AKONA jumpsuit are flush- cut for this purpose. Designed to grip a buoyancy compensator to reduce shifting, the Grab Shoulders create a snug and movement-free fit. This suit kept me reasonably warm in 50 degree water this weekend. The air temperature was 47 degrees, so it was a cold day. I'm one of those people who are always cold... even in the 90 degree Caribbean water, so I was impressed with this suit. We were in the water for an hour and half, and I started getting cold after about an hour, but it was due to my booties more than anything. I loved the suit... it's a little tough to pull over my hands and feet but that's good because it also kept the water out. It's a little uncomfortable on the neck out of the water, but it felt excellent in the water.

I use this suit all the time... Mostly for diving and snorkeling in various California locales but i've also lent it out for a few triathalons ... It seems to be well liked by all. I recomend trying it on at your local dive store and ordering online as it will save you a good [$]
