Have worn it once in 35 degree water and stayed warm. I should have fit a "small" but ordered a "medium" and it fit fine, a little hard to get on.

This hood did a great job at keeping the warmth in. The fit is very snug and the vent at the top is great at keeping extra water out. The only con is it is a bit difficult to don. It would be easier with some kind of zipper.
