While this hood is a good idea to wear with the Pro ear 2000, it is not very well designed. The neck especially is poorly designed and not long enough to prevent coming out from under my Henderson wet suit. As soon as you look up, your neck becomes exposed and cold water pours in. Also, something about the 2nd layer of the hood
isn't right as it is moving the ear pieces as water kept flowing into ear cups. I made sure (buddy checked) the hood was not obstructing the seal of the mask or the ears when it was put on. I waited a year to see this hood manufactured after I bought the mask and I am very disappointed. I now only use the mask when I don't need a hood.

DOUBLE LAYERED HOOD HAD TO TRIM BACK THE FRONT EDGES AROUND THE FACE.ORDERED EXTRA LARGE, FIT IN NECK BUT TOO LARGE ON THE HEAD. FACE OPENING HAD TO BE CUT BACK SOME SO I COULD HAVE THE MASK SEAL TO THE FACE WORKED GREAT AFTER THAT, A LITTLE LOOSE BUT THAT MAY BE MY SIZE SELECTION.FIRST LAYER FITS ON HEAD WITH EAR OPENING SECOND LAYER GOES OVER FIRST AND EAR CUPS.
