I have had these gloves for about a year now and i am very happy with them. They are best for warm water but i have used them in water that was 40 degrees.

Very comfortable, good fitting, and they appear to be well made. I did have to reorder the next size up but Leisurepro took care of me on that so all is good.

I will be using these gloves for an upcoming trip to Mexico, just added protection. They feel very comfortable. Tried them out in my pool and they kept my hands very warm! The tend to run big, I ordered down a size. Love Tusa products, have never had an issue.
Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
Stitching came apart but seem to have happened prior to being used. Not sure that I would call it poor craftmanship just yet. Maybe just a defect.
Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
I bought these to replace some other 3mm neoprene gloves and I'm glad I did. The mediums fit my normal sized hands well and are warm enough for San Diego's 65 degree water.

This is a follow-up on my 24 Sept 2008 review. (see quotation below) I have been using these gloves for over a year in both tropical and in colder water where dexterity mattered.
Despite some reasonably rough use they are holding up fairly well. I last used then in a River Cleanup project in Lake Oconee last weekend. I was rubbing them back and forth over sand and mud in 20' of water with ~3mm viz (didn't even bother to take a light). The only way to find trash is to run over it with your hands in the pitch black.
I've also used then sifting thru gravel in the Cooper River looking for fossils on about 15 dives and used them in numerous quarries and springs when I had to tie knots.
I've also worn them in the Caribbean when ever local regulations have allowed.
After about 50 dives the edges of the fingers are getting a little worn and frayed but not too badly. After a few dives I could no longer feel the seams at the fingertips I mentioned last year. For the price, I will buy a new pair when the wear out.
"I ordered Mediums and they were too loose. Smalls fit fine but the seams at the finger tips touch. They don't chafe or hurt, I just wish they had been made a bit more flush. Because of the stitching method you cannot trim them without destroying the gloves. The gloves run a half size too large.
Still, all in all, I would buy the gloves again."

Lightweight but tough enough for wreck diving. Gives me the flexibility I want so I can work with a reel, etc.

Nice gloves for the money. I mainly dive in warm waters. Lots of slimmy sharp coral. So far they are holding up just fine.
Quick delivery with no problems.

Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
I've been using a pair of these for about three years now. They are starting to wear through the finger tips thanks to rough use. I'm ordering another pair today. They fit even the smallest BC pocket, are easy to don/doff thanks to the closure design, dry in a few minutes and are extremely comfortable. The short tailoring of the wrist does not interfere with your wrist watch or computer. The close knitted nylon mesh plus the syntethic suede reinforcements offer very good environmental protection against abrasions and stinging "flora". **NOT FOR WARMTH**

This glove fits on my hand. That is an achievement in itself. I have big hands and can never find a glove to fit. It appears to be slightly warmer than other skin gloves; I used it in 60 degree water where I stayed for about ten minutes and my hands were fine. The fit is off some on the thumbs; which I noticed as soon as I put them on but when in the water it became almost unnoticeable. I used them for only one dive, so I cannot comment on their durability or longevity. They first appear to be a good low priced glove, but suspect by initial inspection that they will not hold real well; this is speculation of course.

Currently using product while gathering lobster in the Fl Keys. Will use them later for scalloping. Good flexible glove with enough warmth for cooler waters. It does seem to be about a half size larger than size though.

Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
I used the old style Tusa gloves for approximately 10 years before they finally wore out. These are a little more comfortable due to the increased neoprene. I'm hoping to get as much use from these.

Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
These are great gloves, and a bargain for the price. They fit very true to measured glove sizes, and are very snug and flexible. Only fault I found is that the velcro stitching seems weak, so rip carefully.

Not a diver, but stumbled into this glove two years ago when looking for durable gloves for oil/HAZMAT spill response work - excellent gloves!! I've rigged, hauled and deployed plenty of boom in all types of conditions and the gloves have held up to all manner of abuse.

Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
I am a scientific diver and I use my hands a lot! I hate wearing gloves because it affects my ability to work under water. However, these gloves provide excellent mobility and dexterity while protecting my hands from cuts and scrapes from barnacles, bivalves, etc. I use them in water temperatures down to about 65 degrees F and my hands remain comfortable.
Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
Great warmer water glove (68 and up degrees),good protection, should last several years even for the die hard diver/spearfisher.
Comments about Tusa Tusa Warm Water Glove "New Style" (DG-5500):
Gloves tuck away nicely into BC pocket or leg of shorty wetsuit. Used these on numerous dives in Caribe and Pacific, still holding up well. Good value for the $$.
