Dove these gloves last weekend at Channel Islands, California, Water temp was 55 to 54 degrees hands stayed perfectly warm, very little water intrusion, great dexterity, was able to control all equipment including camera controls. They were a little tight at first but after they were wet they fit perfect. Velcro strap did come loose a couple times during the first two dives. A++ product
Fast shipping, from right coast to left coast, as always great communication, never had an issue with Leisure Pro Thanks again !

Comments about Pinnacle Pinnacle Merino Lined Neo 5 5/4mm Glove:
Like all Pinnacle products I've tried, fit can be finnicky - it either fits or it doesn't. Their wetsuits fit me like a glove, and their gloves aaalllmost fit me like a glove (I had to size one-up, and the palms are loose); their boots don't fit at all.
This is a very warm glove for a 5mm, especially considering the wide opening and potential for the velcro strap to be undone - but my hands stayed very warm in 55F+ waters. Merino works.
The downside is the soft palms/finger undersides, which catches easily on velcro and seems like it could get snagged and torn on a wreck, but overall an excellent glove.

I like these gloves, I just wish that leisure would have sent me two good gloves with a newer production date, because then ones that they sent me seemed defective. The one that pinnicle direct sent me was much much newer, and is holding up ten times better than the one that I paid for, and pinnicle sent me an exchange because they saw that the left glove was defected, so they exchanged it for me, I just wish I could have gotten them to give me the matching right glove...

Comments about Pinnacle Pinnacle Merino Lined Neo 5 5/4mm Glove:
The gloves are easy to put on and take off and seem very well made. I wore them on my first day of diving this year in 42 degree water. My hands were downright toasty on the first dive, a little cold on the second dive. With my old gloves, my hands would have been freezing on both dives.

These are a great pair of gloves. I wore them in southern CA in 55 degree water and they kept my hands very warm. For as thick as they are, I retained a surprising amount of dexterity and was able to use my underwater camera easily.

great glove...the merino lining adds a considerable about of warmth without any bulk or stiffness...the gloves are very flexible and dextrous...i dive in the pacific northwest...water temps are routinely in the lower 50's...an hour in the water with no problems at all

I love these gloves. I purchased them along with my Pinnacle Elastipine Merino lined core, and I think they are a great combination! This Merino stuff is no joke. If you have not tried it, get out there and get some. The gloves are a relatively inexpensive way to test how well this system works. I am diving in low 60 degrees water (Japan) and I had the same thickness gloves a couple weeks earlier and I was freezing. I got these gloves, not a single shiver. It is amazing how warm this stuff really is. The only downside I would say is that I would like a little more armor on the palm of the glove, as I gauged it a little on my first dive (bad current) but aside from that, I would definitely purchase another set when these wear out. Do not hesitate to buy these.
