These booties are well made and solid, but the problem is they're too thick with the velcro flap and thick zipper to go under the pant leg of a full wetsuit. Yet, they're too snug in circumference to go on the outside too, making them unusable for someone wanting to use a full suit. If you use a shorty then go for it.

Bought these sight unseen prior to a week on Little Cayman. Got lucky with the size, I wear a 12 wide running shoe and ordered the 11 in these boots - fit is excellent.
I wanted a hard sole boot, but was having problems fitting them into the foot pocket of my Apollo Biofins. These fit that pocket very well (as advertised). The heel lug is a nice touch. I use spring straps and the lug keeps the strap in place but allows easy on/off. The velcro zipper-keeper-upper works well, but is maybe a little beefier than you really need. The sole is thick enough to protect your foot, but maintains great flexibility. I'd want a true hard sole if I did a lot of rocky-entry shore diving. The whole "lateral stability strap" idea seems like a marketing gimmick, but my foot never sloshed around and at least the contrasting color made it easier to find my gear on the boat. The rubber heel and toe caps seem solid and there was no evidence of pulling away from the neoprene after 16 dives. Feels pretty rugged and will hopefully last a while. These are actually easier to get on once they're wet. If the side zip was a little lower things would be easier. But no significant problem. I haven't had the chance to really see how warm they keep your feet, but they were great down to 79degF.
So a good but not great boot overall. I'm not very picky about my boots, so a cheaper boot without the extra bells and whistles would be fine (like my previous pair), but I'm willing to spend a couple extra bucks for the heel lug and rugged construction.

These boots are worth the money for the warmth they provide and once on they are quite comfortable. I do find them hard to get on and off as the zipper on the size is a bit 'stubbier' then I would have thought. Other then that, great boots.

Really liked these boots, until I used them in the water. Toes felt cramped, boot feels a bit narrow and the hard rubber exterior does not flex well. After two dives in these my toes hurt so bad from kicking I was ready to go back to my old neoprene top booties which felt much less constrictive.
If you have narrow feet, you might be OK. I found these to be some of the most uncomfortable booties I've ever worn, and I even had a size bigger than normal.

Bought this for my girlfriend as a gift. I wish there was a size chart for Men sizes vs Women sizes. I found a comparison chart on the internet so I could buy the right size for her and got lucky. Perfect fit!!! Just remember, these are listed in men's sizes. GREAT BOOTS!!
