The boots felt very comfortable at first. I wore them around the house for a few hours each day before my dive trip and did not experience any problems or discomfort. I then went on my yearly California, Channel Islands three day lobster hunting dive trip. After each dive I had an anchor shaped red indentation on the top of my feet from the seams. I was having enough fun that I didn't pay too much attention to my boots, other than when the other divers on the boat commented on how painfull my feet looked. By the third day after a considerable amount of diving the seams had rubbed though the skin on the top of my feet. I have two other pairs of boots and never had a problem with them all while using the same pair of fins. I had zipper trouble with the other boots, thats why I wanted to try these. I will have to buy a different pair of boots.

Excellent boot for New England dives in cold water. Tread is very good for walking distances over slime covered rocks during shore dives, and the reenforced toe prevents breaking a toe on a boulder. Also the ease of slipping these boots on is unmatched with anything I have used so far. The price however, will make you think twice. Overall a very good product and I am very pleased with them. I would buy a second pair when the time come.

Ordered a Size 9 of these, they fit great and go off and on easily. I first got a 5mm then decided to switch the the 7mm instead. One thing that annoys me is there is really no way of knowing the thickness other then a tiny label on the bag. The 5mm and the 7mm both looked and felt the exact same.
Also after two uses in the pool you can clearly see what looks to be the glue starting to come off, hopefully this is normal and won't become a problem, but only time will tell.

This is a great boot. I bought a pair for my wife as well and she loves them! Just be sure to convert the mens size to womens if you buy them for the lady diver.
