I wanted a shorter redundant air bottle that I could sling from my BC, under my left arm. A lot of the aluminum bottles were too long to be comfortable or convenient. This unit fits pretty well despite its substantial capacity. Sor far, I like it. [I didn't feel I could give it five flags because I've had it in the water only once so far.]

Good tank - heavy, but that's part of the point, it isn't a "floater" like an AL pony.

this tank is a great candidate. for increase the air with your tank. and use less lead.
