Zeagle's regulators are US made, built under strict controls for quality in our own factory, using state of the art equipment and procedures. Your regulator is one of your most important pieces of gear. No matter what kind of diving you do,you can do it better with Zeagle. The DS-V has a convenient and ergonomic swivel turret hose design. Regulator is set for DIN Valves, but quickly converts to Yoke Vale Mount with the Yoke Adapter.

Zeagle's conical precision high-pressure valve provides much greater reliability and service life compared to conventional designs, while improving responsiveness and performance at all breathing rates. With high performance porting in a balanced diaphragm design with dry environment seal with hydro transmitter, makes this one clean regulator first stage that will give you years of corrosion free service. The DS-V regulator has an internal structure that allows for direct airflow through the 1st stage, providing outstanding performance. Like all Zeagle regulators, The DS-V is factory ready for use with EAN/ nitrox to 40% O2.

Second Stage
Zeagle's ZX Second Stage is lightweight, compact and comfortable, with diver adjustable resistance controls, free- flow control, and built in anti- freezing features. Specific design changes have created a regulator that is resistant to free-flow on the surface, yet has incredible smoothness and ease of breathing underwater.

My first set of regs were the ZX DS, over 140 dives down to 60 meters and was far better than my spares (Mares&Aqualung)which i've only used once to try em out. The Zeagle is a class ahead of the afore mentioned.
BUT since I got the Apeks 200 & 100 the other regs have not seen the light of day, I have not even got the 100's wet yet.
Bottom line: Zeagle Great, Apeks Unbeatable, do yourself a favour and spend a few bucks more and get the Apeks 200...

You might save money with the Envoy!

I own both the DS-V and the Envoy, and the Envoy breathes easier! Unless you dive COLD or tech and need the heat sink save your money and buy the regular envoy - the flow adjust doesnt do that much anyway, and the surface/dive mode lever is 100% effective at stopping surface free-flow.I use the Envoy for all my warm water diving (above 50 deg.) Made by an AMERICAN company- I buy their gear exclusively!!! Support a family business!!

No problems so far. Has 5 LP ports which is really nice. Also includes a tank valve adapter.
