For the price on Leisurepro this is a regulator to not sleep on. If you buy it on your local store you probably should shy away.
This regulator is effortless to the last psi in your tank. It breathes just as well as my flat head but when you turn upside down it is the exact same. Hard for any other regulator to do just that. This is an awesome regulator. Easy to purge, 2nd stage feels lighter than the competition. Like I said, do not sleep on this regulator. For less than 500.00 there is no way you can go wrong.
I gave it four out of 5 dive flags because on actual retail these are very expensive.

This reg is a hidden gem. I am not sure the vast diving world appriciates this aqualung product. After aprox 50 deep dives I rate this as top notch. Best I have used in 20 years of diving. Durable breaths effortlesly at depth, no free flow, no issues. The best way to tell a good reg is to not remember anything about it after 50 dives. Breathing should be natural and non eventful and thats what I have with this product.
The auto closure device is great, prevents contamination into first stage during cleaning and accidental water exposure. Mouthpiece is comfortable and keeps lips warmer in the 39 degree water.

This is a very very good reg, i bought it as my first reg and have used it on all sorts of dives and it has performed flawlessly, in icy cold water, strong currents, air, nitrox, deep and shallow it breaths easily; plus it is a very durable reg... but... i bought an Apeks ATX-50 as a "backup" and ended up i like the Apeks better and it has since become my reg of choice, so i can't say that the Aqualung is the BEST, but it is a really REALLY good reg.

Having used a Titan Supreme for years, when I decided to step it up level, I was amazed at how comfortable the Legend is. The ACD works like a champ. While I don't like to admit it, on a recent shore dive, while changing tanks, my whole reg system fell into the sand, no dust cap and all. Figuring this is when to find out if the ACD worked, I simply dosed the regular first stage with fresh water the best I could. I attached it to my tank, and low and behold, everything thing worked like a charm. So I say to everyone I dive with, while you should ALWAYS cap you reg when not in use, at least this is designed to provide that added protection.

Purchased this regulator to replace my old Sherwood and have not been disappointed. It is an excellent regulator that will last a long time. It is made for the cold water, but I have used it for Florida diving and love its performance. It is an easy breather at all depths and a dependable regulator with an outstanding reputation.

What a great Regulator, I love the adjustments, they are easy to grip with gloves on and helpful in depths below 60ft! The "lip warmer" actually works and DOES help keep your lips warm. Effort to breath is like no other for the price, at times I forget that I have a regulator in and the mouth piece truly reduces fatigue, I no longer have jaw fatigue on my dives that are long with NITROX. If you are considering this regulator, GET IT!

This regulator breathes absolutely effortlessly.
almost better than when you're normally breathing on land.
I've had absolutely no problems with free flows or freezing up, even when breathing fast and hard in 33f degree water.
THIS REGULATOR IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
