A mid-sized, feature-rich alternate air source second-stage has a user-adjustable Venturi Adjustment Switch (VAS), this allows the regulator to be set for extreme ease of breathing, yet eliminating free flow on the surface and increasing air flow at depth. Regulator features a bright yellow cover and 39" yellow hose for ease of identification.

Very good breather. Just as good as the Titan I use for my main reg. The only thing I don't like is the mouth peice. I like the full roof mouth peice just my personal preference

Good product. One of the most inexpensive octo's on the market, yet made by (in my opinion) the best regulator brand. I've never had to use it for real, and I hope I never have to, but I know that I can count on it! Testing it underwater, easy to breathe off of, even down to 100 ft. For recreational diving, very hard to beat!

I use this for my pony backup. not as easy breatheng as my scuba pro mk25-600 but reliable and inexspensive. have tested to 125ft sofar.

I have this hooked up to my Aqualung Calypso 1st stage and it worked great. I dove it down to 140 feet at the USS Oriskany and had no problems. I exclusively used my octo on one of the dives. Great octo at a great price.

Sometimes during a dive, I exchange regs to keep the secondary "alive" and running. It's as good as the main. From 40 to 80 degrees waters, it'll do the job. Go for it!

This octo is ok for recreational dives but I was not pleased with it. The diaphram was sensitive and 2ft of water always caused air to blow.

Works ok but I expected the regulator to breathe easier than it does. There is only one adjustment to increase or decrease airflow and I've had a dacor extreme regulator that breathed easier with 2 adjustments to decrease breathing resistance.
