Did you ever wonder why all the good spear fishermen wear only dark rubber masks? Clear silicone can create reflections on the inside of the lens from surface light distracting the hunters focus on the prey. Real hunters wear black. Omer-Sub's Bandit Mask is a new double lens mask with reduced internal volume. The mask skirt has been greatly reduced in weight and volume. A reduction of weight has also been obtained by eliminating the top part of the lens retainer, resulting in an innovative design. The buckle systemis integrated with the mask skirt making it perfectly hydrodynamic to avoid turbulences during the dive. All this creates an ideal mask for spear fishing. The mask skirt is manufactured in a very soft anallergic black silicone and the frame is molded with a frosted non reflective thermoplastic material.

Mimetic, Ocean Mimetic, and New Brown
Same great features of the classic Bandit mask but the frame has been camouflaged through highly resistant 3D coating with the classic Med & Ocean Mimetic colors, which does not allow reflections to occur as with clear silicone. The mask skirt and strap are manufactured in green silicone for the Med Mimetic model, blue silicone for the Ocean Mimetic model, and New Brown to perfectly blend in with all your other gear.

The mask was too small for my face. I think i have an average head and this was small. The quality of the mask was good and it would have been a good mask.

This is an excellent mask. The mask looks deceivingly small, but its skirt fits the contours of my face as if it were custom-made. Its low internal volume makes it very easy to clear underwater, and the opaque skirt reduces reflections and glare (great for underwater photography). In my opinion, this is one of the best masks on the market.

this is a nice mask i used an old three window mask for years and finally found a mask that has good visibilty super comfortable easy to travel with. it is light weight low volume and the black skirt keeps light out making it a good mask for spearing. used toothpaste before diving had no fog and strap is very comfy

This mask is so soft and so light... I can not stress how amazingly soft and comfortable this mask is. The lens are extremely good and everything is super visible with this mask.

I do both scuba and free diving and have been leaning more towards the free diving lately. I've collected about 5 different masks from various manufacturer's and this mask has become my favorite. The fit and quality is great and it's low volume really helps out with my freediving. I bought this mask for one purpose... to kill fish. I've had this mask for over four years and it still works just fine. I have three other masks that I purchased as backups and still have not had to break them out. You must clean the mask with a light scrub before diving as it will fog up. After you have cleaned the mask with Softscrub or SeaScrub it works like a charm. I use it freediving as well as in SCUBA. It is super low volume which makes clearing easy. I have a medium sized noggin... I think if my head were slightly bigger it would not fit. However, I would give this one a shot. Highly recommended

This is the best fitting mask I have ever owned. My face is narrow and hard to fit, but this mask gives me a leak free fit and I wear it virtually every day. Since it fits well, I can wear the strap much more less tight than previous masks, which helps me stay comfortable, even when in the water for long periods of time.

The dark sides keep light from coming in around the sides(which lets your pupils open up), helping you to be able to see better underwater. The lenses sit close to your face, giving you a better field of view than most masks (but not so close that it feels uncomfortable or confining.

While it is made as a spearfishing mask, but it works great for every day snorkeling and diving use.

This is a great little mask. Very low profile. I have it with tinted lenses which is great in clear water spearfishing. Very little drag. One of my favs.
