To commemorate this memorable occasion Oceanic has produced a one-time run of Pioneer Limited Edition Masks, to be made available to the general public. Each special black metal frame is laser engraved with the Limited Edition number (0001-1,500). Packaged inside each of these Limited Edition masks is a special aluminum certificate of authenticity identifying that particular mask by number.

This is a fantastic mask with great quality from the construction of the mask, to the ultra clear lenses and the overal appearance of the mask. I've tried and used many different masks over the years and though I do love other makes as well as this Oceanic Pioneer, the quality of this mask surpasses those I have currently. The field of vision is superb of those I have used prior and the lenses are really clear. My only cons to this mask is one, it fogs so make sure to use anti fog gel. Two, try on the mask to make sure it fits or it will leak. The brow of the mask (center from the mask extended to the skirt) is a little hard and has little room for the forhead; I have a wide to large face and it does fit me very well. Three, take care of the mask. That means wash it after every salt water use. It has aluminum and needs to be taken care of after salt use.

What can I say the mask looks great... The skirt is incredably soft almost like your not wearing one. I cleaned the mask several times before its maiden dive. The mask continued to fog through out most of the two dives I had that day. Not bad as some others I have used but the skirt is so soft easy to flood if you dont know what your doing. Deff. a pro for me though I commonly flood to clear. The field of vision is the best on the market and the strap retainers the best. Just push them towards the mask and they release the strap tention. Great if your waiting for the boat and wanna hang the mask around your neck. The clear lenses great A+++.
