Designed for people with narrower faces the Mares X-Vision Mid Liquid Skin Two Window Mask is a great choice for vision underwater. With the addition of Mares patented Liquid skin technology, the X-Vision now offers comfort that was formerly impossible. By co-molding two different types of silicone, there is no longer a need to compromise comfort in order to support the frame structure of a mask. The support structure and the area of the seals are molded with a silicone that is 30% harder than the traditional material. The extremely soft silicone portion rests on the face delivering a new level of comfort. The marks that are typically lefton your face after a dive are mostly eliminated. The superior elasticity and softness of Liquid Skin allows the mask to fit perfectly on a wider range of faces. Liquid Skin adapts to facial movement and offers a great seal virtually eliminating water leakage. Equalization is now much easier due to the super soft nose pocket. Its light weight and soft adherence to the face are so gentle that you can forget you're wearing it X-Vision Liquid Skin is the ideal mask for all kinds of diving, from snorkeling to freediving to scuba, both for recreational and professional divers.

when my new mask arrived my dad made the comment about it being silicone and "its gonna fog up really bad". No, i did the toothpaste (not gel of course) and it was sweet as. i didn't have a leak at all. I've got a short nose and a very low hairline at my forhead so i wanted a smaller mask; this mask fits me so well and the clips are really easy to adjust. i purchased the neoprene snorkel keeper to use with it.

It fits my face SO much better than the Tusa Visualator. The bridge of my nose hit the glass in the Tusa. The Mares sits tight without touching. I need to work on locating it correctly vertically on my face. Too low down your face and it will leak a little. Stays clear. Seems durable.

I like the mask for is lens and range of vision It allows me to look down and see most of my BC. Tried both xvision mask the normal size and this the narrow one and neither is without leaking for fit. Very specific to how you place it on your face to no get it to leak. Another issue I have with it are the straps that easly come loose say when rolling off the boat. The Straps are also very light weight.

great fit but the clear skirt lets too much light in creating double images-shadow-reflection from the side. My instructor said always get a black skirt mask. good thing I had a backup mask

After two drift dives using mcnett antifog I did not experience any fogging. The degree of vision is not as exceptional as I would have liked but the mask fits to a smaller face which is the point. Overall a decent mask nothing to out of the ordinary.

So I have a narrow face, I have tried countless low profile masks and have encountered the same problem time and again, the lens or the frame pressing me right between the eyes above the bridge of my nose. UNTIL NOW! I love this mask it sits comfortably on my face, great range of vision no problem with leaks and the best yet not feeling like my mask is trying to push out the back of my skull. Try it you'll love it
