This revolutionary mask is made from Crystal Clear Hypoallergenic High Seal SoftSilicone, a new material that offers extraordinary and unprecedented comfort andfit. The mask rests on the face with unprecedented comfort and does not leave any marks on the skin, even after extended use. So if you're tired of your mask gives you ring-around the eyeballs, this mask is for you. Naturally, to obtain such a result the entire structure of the skirt is differentiated, with internalribs that stiffen the parts of the mask that are most stressed.

Mask gives an exceptionally wide field of view. The raked dual tempered lenses,with their inverted tear drop shape (Cressi patent), are small and rest as closeto the eyes as possible, so that the already extraordinary field of view is increased by 25% over the Cressi Matrix Mask. The mask strap buckle uses the exclusive patented Cressi process of double injecting of a flexible polymer (elastomer) on a rigid element which allows the buckles of the strap to tilt on a vertical plane and can be completely bent sideways up to 180°. The silicone mask strap is a wide split strap for even dispersion for increased fit and comfort.

The thickness of the mask frame has been reduced to such an extent that it is practically invisible when the mask is being worn. The Big Eyes Evolution has been created to take Diopter lenses: (see accessories above or SKU: CSBMLEVR35) a small screwdriver and a few seconds are all it takes to replace the standard lenses with Diopter lenses. To protect your mask when not in use the Big Eye comes with a hard plastic protective mask box.

I have been diving since 1982 with more than 1100 loged dives and this has to be the most comfortable and best fitting masak I have ever worn

3 days of hour plus pool sessions and the skirt is not frosting or getting glazed. Of course, I rinse well with tap water after getting out of the pool. Low air volume mask, easy to purge. I always use anti-fog, and do the toothpaste prep, so no problems with fogging. I love this mask!

Just recieved the mask. The skirt material is extreemly clear as Cressi claims. Downward vision is very good. I can see my D-rings on my BC shoulder straps now, and actually, I can see the tops of my shoulders without straining my neck.

I ordered the "black trim", Crystal version. I also ordered the black skirt, non "crystal" version in case glare is an issue with the clear skirt.
No defects on this unit. Will test in the pool to see how the new "crystal" material handles chlorine. Did the toothpaste prep on the inside lenses. Will apply anti-fog and head to the pool.

I have had quite a few masks my last being an Atomic Aquatics Ultra Clear which is great but I found it to feel uncomfortable after a few dives. Pressure on the bridge of my nose and underneath my nose was too much to make diving enjoyable. This Cressi is incredibly soft and comfortable, you literally forget its there. Field of vision is major improvement. And they aren't joking, the silicon is perfectly clear making it feel like the mask isn't there. I highly recommend!
