The Mythos mask offers the diver and snorkeler superior comfort and a virtually unrestricted angle of view. The dropped down lens isangled to improve the downward view while the low-profile upper frame offers an excellent forward viewing angle while in the swimming position. The open style frame combined with the clear silicone skirt also offers the diver some peripheral vision.

The mask strap attaches to a pivot point, the pivot point then is attached to the plastic frame by two slim plastic beams. One of these broke on mine, making the mask useless. I admit I just throw my mask in a bin between dives. It is a good mask if you keep it in a case when not diving, but the design is too fragial for my comfort.

I loved my mask but on my recent trip to Bonaire, it broke after day 2, the only good thing is that despite de frame breaking, the seal was still good and i did not have to get a new one abroad

I really loved this mask especially since I have a small face. It fit perfectly. I used it on a long 5 week dive trip. (I was not diving the entire trip)
I did have at least 50 dives and the mask frame broke in the first 40 dives! Zoom in and notice the very thin frame around the skirt of the mask on the side of the eyes. Sorry, but if you dive a lot, this one is not going to last.

I'm a recreational diver and have tried a few differant masks. I bought this and took it on a couple dives and fell in love with this mask. I used the lense treatment when it arrived and it has yet to fog up on me. It fits great and doesn't leak a drop. The field of view is outstanding, no more fumbling around trying to see my chest and side pockets. I would highly recommend this product ..

Great mask,

I cleaned both sides of glass with toothpaste and water prior to using then used my baby shampoo / rubbing alcohol mix and did not have one single fogging issue in 68 degree Lake Superior waters while snorkeling.

Also, the mask frame is so great, the soft rubber they use almost feels like nothing is on your face, I love it and the price is right.

I have about ten masks. This is by far my favorite. I have ordered an extra just to have on hand if they would become unavailable. I have used this mask on the last 100 dives and have had no fogging at all.

Since I live in Australia and the prices here are about double, I ordered this mask and Mares X-Vision so that I can use one as a spare. I read a lot of good reviews and was quite disappointed that this mask really doesn't fit my face, it is too narrow on the sides compared to my previous mask (Tusa Imprex) and the Mares mask. Also, compared to X-vision, it has a much smaller range of side vision.

We bought two of these masks to use in Cozumel. They work great! We both have different needs, i.e., I have a small face and there is little space between my upper lip and nose. Most snorkels have a skirt that is too long for me, but this one is perfect. My husband has a larger face and most masks push too hard on the upper bridge of his nose - but this mask is perfect for him too.

I switched over from a traditional shapped musk used during training and cert. The Mythos was awesome on my first 2 uses that were dives in Mexico. 3-4 knot current. fit was great and not to tight or loose. great downward vision. very happy with mask.

Wanted a black skirt mask for photography. Now this is my first choice mask for everything. The low volume and large windows makes this an extremely comfortable mask for long dives. Soft skirt fits very well. I have not broken a strap, but it uses a non-standard strap. So if you break something you are not likely to have a replacement in your kit

Plastic at top of mask did crack after about 5-6 months. Returned for RMA. Other than this the mask fits well and is comfortable to wear.

This is a great mask for the price, I am currently dive with an Atomic Subframe as main and this Mythos as backup and they are similar in regard to: fit and field of vision, although Mythos has lower volume so, It's a great product.

I bought the mask because it was chosen as the number one in a review by sportdiver.com and I can tell you it is worth all the money you spend. When I received it, it looked small because of the low volume, like a toy for kids, but after a few pool sessions in my dive shop it proved every single characteristic positively. It is the fist time I don't have to feel find my low pressure inflator, feel mount a weight belt when demonstrating, and find my computer. The only moment there is a very small leak is when doing buddy breathing, but with a small adjustment it returns to the original position. It is the first mask that does not hurt my nose so I recommend it for people with more pronounced facial features. It is not for small and narrow faces.

This mask has the best field of vision of any I have tried (and I tried a lot at my LDS - I even bought this mask from the LDS, and a backup from LP) and it is very comfortable. I do get a little leakage at the bottom but I have a moustache, so I get this with all masks.
