Great Computer with an easy to read display. The quick disconnect function is great! Quickly learned to use all of its functions with the detailed instructions it came with. Very practical piece of equipment at a decent price.

This is a good computer but the compass was made wrong. Pointed north it says you bearing is 180 degrees. it should be 00. Other than that it works like a dream.

Easy computer to use at a great price, best buy for a non air-intergrated computer. Auto-safety stop counter times your stop in seconds. Very user friendly controls and displays.

The computer was new but the battery was was not fully charged. Just returned from a trip and used it as a back-up the data provided was just as accurate as my ATMOS AI.

BEWARE: The computer is good; however, a standard sized compass, pre-2007 model, does NOT fit in the pocket on the back of the console! If you want a compass, you must purchase Aeris' NEW model compass.[...] For this reason, I would save the compass money and apply that toward a different computer. [...] do your homework before purchasing.Safe diving.

Just purchased my first computer and I have to say, the Aeris XR2 did everything I expected. Being at the point in life that either my arms must grow longer or I need to wear glasses, which I refuse to do, I was able to read everything on this computer with no problems.

I bought this dive computer for my trip to the Dominican Republic. I did a few dives with the computer and everything worked perfectly. The instructions were straight forward and understandable. I was able to become familiar with most of the functions prior to my dives. During the dive, the computer tracked all necessary dive stats and the display was easy to read at 70ft. Pressing the button allowed for cycling through a series of screens, all of which were useful, easy to read and interpret.
The hose length is just right. However, I would recommend a clip/strap to hold the console in place on the BCD while diving.
Out of the water, the console is compact, light weight and easy to handle. This console was a great buy and I consider it a great value.
