The SF-6 provides more speed and power than traditional fins by combining three materials to create a fin blade with the optimum amount of flex and stiffness. The SF-6 has a generous foot pocket for maximum comfort and power transfer from the diver to the blade. I needed a new pair of fins since I owned closed heel for snorkeling. I just started SCUBA diving and needed open heeled fins, so I tried these on in the store they felt almost true to size and lightweight. Used them for my open water exams and really enjoyed them. Don't have too much experience to compare them to anything else, but my opinion is they are really good fins and the price was great, which is always a plus....

These fins are great for snorkeling. I use Tusa split fins for scuba. These are probably just as good for scuba I just prefer split fins for scuba.

I've used these fins recently on a few dives. They're not bad for the price. There is a little drag and they may not be as fast as some other fins out there, but they do the job pretty well. The fit is excellent and the straps can be adjusted and released easily.

These have a nice response. The angled blade probably adds to the efficiency. The right balance between flexible and stiff.

I've been diving since '77 and these fins are the best I've found.

i am a scuba instructor, last 2 years i have done over 600 dives with these fins and they are still going very strong i didn't even have to change the straps yet, the yellow color is faded a little bit, but that is expected ofcourse being under the sun most of the time, stowed on the boat.very comfortable, efficent against the current.[...]

Great for scuba diving and snorkeling. I wear a 2 piece 7mm wetsuit in coldwater and they give great speed. I also use them with just boots while free diving and they are amazing for speed and agility.

Stiff enough to swim in a current, do frog kicks, etc. But flexible enough to do a full flutter kick in open water.

They don't quite have the efficient thrust of more advanced designs, and the drag is a little more than I'd like, but price/performance ratio is excellent. If your needs are warm water, low current, these are a great choice.

Don't waste your money on split fins. These are every bit as comfortable and powerful. I actually went to a local dealer and tried some [$]split fins out in their pool for about 15 minutes. I decided I didn't want to spend [$]on fins. Found these [$] and checked Tusa's website and Rodales Reviews. You know what, the performance difference was minimal in Tusa's robotic test vs. split fins. Definitely not $100 worth of performance difference. These fins are every bit as comfortable and powerful as the Atomic's I demo'd in the pool. These don't hurt my feet, I have never had a cramp in my leg and you don't need to do the big scissor kick to get moving fast. I even outswam my dive buddy while carrying my anchor on the bottom to reposition it before our ascent.

Great fin. I have tried several differnt fins and this one worked best for me. It does well in underwater currents..very stable. It is a perfect combo of rigid/flexible material. Very comfortable and easy to take off quick release straps. Would purchase again.
