I borrowed a set of sling-shots from a friend of mine and then tried these. These fins will get you from point A to Point B and you won't be exhausted or cramped. They are much easier on the leg muscles. Do Not go by the sizing on the fin itself, use the size chart on the website! They are a size to big if going by the shoe size printed on the fin. I had to return mine for a size smaller which went smoothly thanks to Leisure Pro!

These fins are aerodynamically efficient. They are comfortable and not heavy unless you compare them to very thin (less efficient) fins. Once in the water, you don't feel its weight. They are neutral in the water, so they won't sink as you take them off before you climb up into a boat. The straps are easy to adjust and have a quick release on either side. I wear a 7.5 - 8.0 shoes/sneakers and found the size small to be too big with just scuba socks or barefoot. They fit perfect with boots. Be careful with your selection of boots. I chose the Seasoft Sunrays 3mm Low Cut Boots with Zipper because it fit well with the fins and had an anti slip device on the boot. Other boots fit well with it too, I just found this combination to work exceptionally well having just done 12 dives.

Great fin but size chart is not whats shown on the fin. Chart shows M fits 7-11 (no way Jay) the fin shows M-ML fits USA 7-10 and is about right.

WoW! I was shocked at the power of these fins and the control they give you. Once you get the small ankle kick style (expends next to no energy). Only downside is you need to get a pair for your budy, otherwise in 2 strokes you'll loose them. They are a little heavy, so that needs to be considered for travel.
