I had Volos before and use these fins as a replacement .
We went spearfishing with my buddy (he still has Volos) and I had no problem to stay beside him. Good fins for good price.

Ok I just got my PADI card so Im a new diver but I found these fins very comfy and they moved me through the water with ease. I 5'9 220 so and the only problem I had was tring to keep from passing the class when I was in back. my instructor asked to try them and said he likes them better than his split fins. all in all im very pleased with the fins and the price i got them for. Thanks

Comments about Sherwood Sherwood Kinesis Open heel Fins:
Great fins, really rocket you thru the water with a flick of the foot. They are very flexible at the half way point making it very easy to use very simple foot movement to achieve alot of velocity. They are a bit long so they can tire out your ankles on long dives.

A light kick keeps you ahead of the pack! I slow my kick WAY down just to stay with my dive buddy. VERY efficient fin!

This is a great fin on surface and below. It thrusts you through the water with little effort even against currents.

Best Fin that I have ever used. This fin has the ease and speed of a split fin. but has the ability to back kick to move you off of the wall. Great fin for fighting a current, because you don't have to use much energy to get great propultion.
